About

She didn't stay in the lane. She built her own.

A woman with blonde wavy hair wearing a beige cable-knit cardigan and black nail polish, with her hands clasped near her chin, standing against a plain light-colored wall.

Payton Weiser is a Los Angeles-based screenwriter and creative strategist with a decade of experience moving between worlds most people keep separate.

She studied at Brown University, graduated with honors, and wrote her thesis on the impact of Instagram on the mental health of female athletes, which is to say she's been thinking about women, stories, and how media shapes identity for a long time.

She spent seven years inside some of the biggest brands in the world — TikTok, Walmart, Autodesk — writing keynote content for Cannes Film Festival, coordinating TikTok's largest customer conference, and overseeing digital strategy at scale. She learned how stories move people before she decided to tell her own.

Now she writes films. Character-driven stories about women in moments of change. And she opens the studio to fellow creatives who are tired of being told to pick one thing. Writers. Strategists. Founders. Anyone carrying a vision that doesn't fit a single category.

She's worked with award-winning directors and writers. She's produced digital campaigns reaching hundreds of thousands. She knows what it costs to carry a vision alone. And she built Weiser Studios so nobody has to.
